Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat.
