Ingredients

  • 8 cups beef broth
  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef
  • 1 package rice noodles
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 2 star anise pods
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • Fresh herbs (cilantro, Thai basil, mint)
  • Bean sprouts
  • Sriracha sauce
  • Hoisin sauce
  • Optional: truffle oil or tempura flakes for garnish

Directions
