Ingredients

  • 1 lb organic beef stew meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 carrots, chopped
  • 4 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 can organic diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups organic beef broth

  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions
