Ingredients
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 2 cups of shredded cheese (cheddar or a Mexican blend)
- 1 cup of cooked ground beef or shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of diced onions
- 1/4 cup of sliced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of guacamole
- 1/4 cup of salsa
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread a layer of tortilla chips on a baking sheet or oven-safe dish.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese evenly over the chips.
- Add a layer of cooked ground beef or shredded chicken on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle the diced tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, and black olives over the meat.
- Add another layer of tortilla chips on top of the toppings.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the second layer of chips.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
