Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the onion, garlic, carrot, and celery to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, until the vegetables are softened.
