Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb scallops
- 1 lb crab meat
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp, scallops, and crab meat to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, until the seafood is cooked through.
- Add the white wine and chicken broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
