Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb scallops
  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp, scallops, and crab meat to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, until the seafood is cooked through.
  • Add the white wine and chicken broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
  • Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
