Ingredients
- 1 pound macaroni
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped into large chunks
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a large saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk until smooth.
