Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lamb chops
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Season the lamb chops with salt and black pepper.
  • Add the lamb chops to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned.
