Ingredients
- 2 pounds lamb chops
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season the lamb chops with salt and black pepper.
- Add the lamb chops to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned.
- Transfer the lamb chops to a baking dish.
