Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh oregano
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • Add egg and heavy cream and mix well.
  • Form mixture into small meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  • In a small saucepan, heat tomato sauce over low heat.
