Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh oregano
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh thyme
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Add egg and heavy cream and mix well.
- Form mixture into small meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a small saucepan, heat tomato sauce over low heat.
- Place meatballs in a baking dish and pour tomato sauce over them.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
