Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 slice of keto bread
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
