  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
