Ingredients
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the canned pumpkin, almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, melted coconut oil, eggs, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
