Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced red onion and sauté until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
