Ingredients
- 1 lb pork belly, sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 zucchinis, spiralized
- 2 boiled eggs, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the pork belly over medium heat until browned and crispy, about 10 minutes.
- Add the chicken broth, water, soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add the green onions and zucchini noodles to the pot. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes, until the zucchini is tender.
