Ingredients
- 1 package of shirataki noodles
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the shirataki noodles under cold water and drain well.
