- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 low-carb sub rolls
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 4 slices provolone cheese
