  • 2 tablespoons massaman curry paste

  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons low carb sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 star anise
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, chopped

Directions
