Ingredients
- 1 pound of beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of erythritol
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, erythritol, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
- Add the beef slices to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Remove the vegetables from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the marinated beef slices until they are browned and cooked through.
- Add the cooked vegetables back to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
