Ingredients

  • 1 pound of beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of erythritol
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, erythritol, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
  • Add the beef slices to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  • Remove the vegetables from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, cook the marinated beef slices until they are browned and cooked through.
  • Add the cooked vegetables back to the skillet and stir to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
