Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, turmeric, cumin, coriander, paprika, and salt.
  • Heat the ghee in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the onion and bell pepper and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until softened.
