Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp turmeric

- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
