- 15 oz can black soybeans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
