- 1 lb cooked ham, diced
- 1 can black soybeans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the diced ham, black soybeans, onion, bell pepper, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
