Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 red onion, cut into chunks
- 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1/2 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
