Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup diced ham
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream. Set aside.
  • In a large nonstick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the ham, green bell pepper, and onion to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
