  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon erythritol
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat the coconut oil over medium heat.
  • Add the onion, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and cook until softened.
  • Add the beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
