Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the chicken broth, olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
