Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 1 head broccoli, cut into small florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
