Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, dried parsley, and dried thyme.
- 3. Cook chicken breasts in the skillet until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- 4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- 6. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- 7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 8. Slice cooked chicken breasts and add them back to the skillet.
