  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 avocado, diced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Grease a 6-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • Divide the egg mixture evenly among the muffin cups.
