  • 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
