Keto Beef Stroganoff
This keto beef stroganoff recipe is a low-carb version of the classic comfort food. Tender beef strips are cooked in a creamy mushroom sauce and served over zucchini noodles for a delicious and satisfying meal.

- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped

- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 medium zucchini, spiralized
