  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 medium zucchini, spiralized
