- 3 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
