  • 3 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • Mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
