- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
