- 1 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 green peppers, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
