Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak
- 1/2 cup jelly beans
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small saucepan, combine jelly beans, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until jelly beans are melted and mixture is smooth.
- Season flank steak with salt and pepper. Grill for 5-7 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.
- Brush jelly bean glaze onto both sides of the steak during the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
- Let steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
- Serve with additional glaze on the side.
