  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pig intestines
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cow intestines
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
