Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 9 lasagne noodles
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 13x9-inch baking dish.

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the lamb with onion, garlic, and ginger until the meat is cooked and the onion is soft.

Mix in garam masala, turmeric, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper, then add tomatoes and peas. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.

In a bowl, combine ricotta, Parmesan, egg, and cilantro.

Spread 1 cup of the lamb mixture on the bottom of the baking dish.

Layer with three noodles, 1 1/2 cups lamb mixture, 1/2 cup ricotta mixture, and 2/3 cup mozzarella.

Repeat layers twice, finishing with mozzarella on top. Cover and bake for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake until bubbly, about 10-15 minutes more.
