- 1 lb. flank steak
 - 1 tbsp. olive oil
 - 1 tsp. garlic powder
 - 1 tsp. paprika
 - 1/2 tsp. salt
 - 1/4 tsp. black pepper
 - 1 red bell pepper, sliced
 - 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
 - 1 onion, sliced
 - 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
 - 1 tbsp. honey
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
 - In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
 - Rub the spice mixture all over the steak.
 - Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
 - Add the steak and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.
 - Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the steak reaches your desired level of doneness.
 - Remove the skillet from the oven and transfer the steak to a cutting board to rest.
 - Add the sliced peppers and onions to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender.
 - Add balsamic vinegar and honey to the skillet and stir to combine.
 - Slice the steak against the grain and serve with the peppers and onions.
