- 1 lb. flank steak
- 1 tbsp. olive oil

- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. honey
- Preheat oven to 400°F.

- Rub the spice mixture all over the steak.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
