Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, chopped hazelnuts, sugar, and salt.
- Add chilled butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add egg yolk and heavy cream and mix until the dough comes together.
- Press the dough into a 9-inch tart pan and prick the bottom with a fork.

- In a medium saucepan, combine honey, unsalted butter, chopped hazelnuts, salt, and vanilla extract.
