- 4 slices American cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp pickle relish
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
