Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the chicken.
