Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- While the chicken is baking, steam the broccoli and cauliflower florets until tender.
