Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
