Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a small saucepan, combine pineapple juice, orange juice, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
