Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a small saucepan, combine pineapple juice, orange juice, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened.
- Place chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the wings with the glaze, reserving some for later.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and crispy.
- Remove from oven and brush with remaining glaze. Serve hot.
