Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
- 1 habanero pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and onion for toppings
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, diced jalapeno pepper, diced habanero pepper, cayenne pepper, hot sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into four patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
