Ingredients

  • 4 drumsticks
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 cup of water
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Saute until the onion turns translucent.
  • Add drumsticks to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • Pour water into the pan and cover it with a lid. Let it cook for 15-20 minutes or until the drumsticks are tender.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
