Ingredients
- 4 drumsticks
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 cup of water
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Saute until the onion turns translucent.
- Add drumsticks to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Pour water into the pan and cover it with a lid. Let it cook for 15-20 minutes or until the drumsticks are tender.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
