Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, parsley, and cilantro. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into small patties or skewer them onto metal or soaked wooden skewers.
- Heat the olive oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the kababs for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and browned.
