Ingredients
- 2 Scotch steaks
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 anchovy fillets, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced anchovy fillets, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Rub the steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
- While the steaks are resting, preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
