Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, milk, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
