Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 ½ cup ham, diced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

    Stir in ham and Italian seasoning, cooking for 2 minutes.

    Pour in cream, and gradually add cheeses, stirring until melted.

    Toss spaghetti in the sauce until well coated. Season with salt and pepper.
