Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 200g sweetened condensed milk
  • 200g plain sweet biscuits
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 200g white chocolate
  • Crushed candy canes, for garnish

Instructions

  • Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate and condensed milk together in the microwave or over a double boiler.
  • Crush the biscuits into small pieces and add them to the melted chocolate mixture.
  • Add the melted butter and peppermint extract to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
