Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate
- 200g sweetened condensed milk
- 200g plain sweet biscuits
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 200g white chocolate
- Crushed candy canes, for garnish
Instructions
- Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate and condensed milk together in the microwave or over a double boiler.
- Crush the biscuits into small pieces and add them to the melted chocolate mixture.
- Add the melted butter and peppermint extract to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Melt the white chocolate and pour it over the top of the peppermint mixture.
- Use a knife or spatula to swirl the white chocolate into the peppermint mixture, creating a marbled effect.
- Sprinkle crushed candy canes over the top for garnish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- Once set, cut into slices and serve.
