Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 oz whipped topping, divided
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant white chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Mix flour, melted butter, and pecans in a bowl.

    Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
